Our Story
Paymetrix was born from frustration. As payments professionals, we spent countless hours manually reconciling data across multiple PSPs, fighting with fragmented dashboards, and missing critical insights that could optimize our payment operations.
We realized that while the payments industry had evolved rapidly, the tools for managing and understanding payment data hadn't kept pace. Every team was building custom solutions, reinventing the wheel, and struggling with the same fundamental challenges.
So we built Paymetrix—a unified platform that delivers AI-powered payments intelligence, bringing together payment optimization and fee intelligence in one place. Our mission is to make payments data actionable for vertical SaaS platforms, global merchants, and PSPs, regardless of size or complexity.

Ralph Dangelmaier
Three decades building and scaling payments companies — and a habit of building things that hadn’t been built before. Ralph created and sold one of the first data repositories for payments reporting in the US; built and sold a leading provider of web-based enterprise business banking and cash management solutions that became the foundation for a billion-dollar payments company’s strategic pivot to SaaS-based, end-to-end payment platforms; and launched the world’s first global payment facilitator. A serial innovator, he now brings that same instinct for what’s next to Paymetrix.
Terry Monteith
A career spent in the trenches of payments risk, compliance, and underwriting. Terry has run large-scale risk operations and worked shoulder-to-shoulder with banks to keep payments transparent, trusted, and resilient — the hard-won perspective that shapes how Paymetrix thinks about risk.
Chris Lapierre
Nearly two decades running finance & operations teams within global fintech and global payment facilitation companies. Chris has built the teams, systems, and processes that turn payment volume into revenue — and lived the reporting gaps and operational blind spots that Paymetrix now eliminates.
Alongside leadership, the Paymetrix team includes engineers, product designers, and data specialists focused on building scalable technology and improving the way businesses manage and optimize payments.
